In 2020, like many others, Diana found herself facing a world turned upside down. Long-standing anxiety, once manageable, surged during the isolation of the pandemic. But in the midst of chaos, one moment changed everything. A simple breathing technique from an exercise class brought unexpected relief—her first glimpse into the transformative power of meditation.

That single breath led to a 4½-year journey of discovery. From apps and books to immersive personal research, Diana dove headfirst into meditation—not just as a practice, but as a way of life. Yet she struggled to find others who wanted to explore meditation for meditation’s sake. And when words failed to express how deeply it had reshaped her inner world, she realized: the best way to share it… was to show it.

Diana became a proud graduate of the LIBERATE program by Sura Flow, where she trained in both group teaching and personalized 1:1 coaching. Her own lived experience with anxiety, panic attacks, and the many phases life can bring gives her a grounded and compassionate approach. She meets each individual where they are, with techniques that evolve as they do. Through her certification with the IBCESS Institute, Diana also specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals and those on the spectrum—ensuring that Celestial Meditations is a safe, welcoming space for all.
